Our Team

Dustin Janney is the lead pastor of Orlando Baptist Church. He grew up at Orlando Baptist, and after serving in other churches for many years, he returned to serve on our team in the summer of 2014. He willingly accepted the nomination of Lead Pastor in March of 2016. Dustin is married to Brooke, our Next Steps Director, who he met in the youth ministry at Orlando Baptist Church. They have four children: Carley, Baileigh, Jeremy, and David.

Cory Cooper was raised at Orlando Baptist Church. He came on staff at Orlando Baptist in 2015 and has served as Executive Pastor since 2018. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2013 and his Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University in 2020. Cory oversees our staff and finances, and leads the Young Adults ministry. He and his wife Chrissy have a son named CJ, and daughter named Maggie.

Carlos Quintana has been on staff at Orlando Baptist since 1992 as the Lead Spanish Pastor. He and his wife Yolima have a passion to reach Latinos and unreached people groups in our multicultural city of Orlando. Iglesia Para Las Naciones is a vibrant group of families who meet each Sunday morning and on Wednesday evenings.

Don Jacobson and his wife, Jennie, have been serving in various ministries at Orlando Baptist since 2015. Don went from a volunteer to a full-time staff member in the Fall of 2021. Don’s passion is to see students come to Christ, and to take their next steps in their faith walk. He also loves serving in our Orlando Baptist Church Kids Ministry. He and Jennie have four children: Christian, Emily, Sara, and Gavin.

Sara Hahr leads the elementary student program for our K5-5th grade students, including children's Bible study classes, AWANA, and worship experiences each Sunday. She also organizes events like parent nights out, and Vacation Bible School. Her passion is to bring God's Word to life for our kids and to see them get to know Jesus in a personal way by providing a fun and safe environment where they can learn and grow. She has two children: Johnston and Emmalee.

Eddie Hickle has been serving on staff since 2017. He oversees all of our production team including our service live streaming. Eddie grew up at Orlando Baptist Church and has always volunteered in many capacities from the time he was a student until now. Eddie is married to Tiffany, and they have two beautiful boys named Eddie Jr, and Lucas!

Brooke Janney has been the Next Steps Director since May 2021. She has served alongside her husband, Dustin, in youth ministry and other various ministry roles for several years. Brooke is passionate about making people feel welcome and comfortable at church, as well as helping people get connected to the family community that makes up the local church body.

Sunda Klimovich has been serving as our church secretary since 1992. She and her family have been a part of Orlando Baptist Church since 1985. Before serving on staff, Sunda volunteered in our nursery ministry, AWANA, and sang in our choir. Her favorite part of being on staff is serving our Orlando Baptist Church family, and Missions Week!

Tina Mascari has been a member of the Orlando Baptist Church family since 1985. She started serving in nursery and kids ministry in high school, and currently helps lead worship from time to time. She began working on staff in 2005. Her passion is to let people know how amazing this church is through communications and social media. She is married to Jason, and they have two children: Lydia, and Nathan.

Daniele Adams has been serving on staff since 2019. Before serving on staff, Daniele served in our nursery and preschool classes as a volunteer. Her favorite memory was Easter Sunday a few years ago. She was teaching the kids their Easter story and watching the children get it and understand the meaning behind why we celebrate Easter was just so sweet to witness. Daniele, and her husband Matt Adams have two beautiful children; Zoe, and Max.

Josh & Alex Zuniga have been serving at Orlando Baptist Church since 2022. They have been Freeway Ministry missionaries since 2019, reaching the hard to reach with the gospel and helping churches impact those in their own neighborhood. Josh stands as director of Freeway Orlando and oversees all aspects of this vital ministry. Alex serves alongside Josh as Freeway Worship Director and also serves as Orlando Baptist Church’s Worship Administrator. They have two boys named Amar’e and Roman.
